Relationship is Everything

All of our programs celebrate this central insight from interpersonal neurobiology. At every moment, we are shaping one another's embodied brains. In the presence of warm, responsive relationships we heal together and we learn together, the healing and the learning supporting each other. Clicking on each of the boxes below will let you download more information about these programs.

Because of safety concerns in regard to COVID-19, all of our in-person classes have been postponed until at least April 2021.  Flyers with the potential new dates are below. Thank you so much for your understanding.  Be well!
